Description: The objective of this project is to simulate an advance reservation system that is used to
reserve bandwidth for connections in a mesh network of LSRs in advance of the time that
the connections are required. In this project, we will assume reservations with blocking.
That is, a reservation request is blocked if network resources cannot be reserved within a
certain window of time defined by the reservation request.
