Description: This thesis developed a single chip technology based on digital frequency meter. First, we tested the signal after amplification plastic then the signal into the microcontroller' s timer counter to count years, were frequency value the final frequency of the measured values into the display circuit to display. This principle of starting from the frequency meter, introduced the microcontroller-based design of digital frequency meter, the system was chosen to achieve a variety of circuit components, and hardware simulation.
