Description: Mpeg is the abbreviation of Motion Picture Expert Group. Moving Picture Experts Group in 1988 jointly established by the ISO and the IEC' s group of experts responsible for the development of television image data and sound data encoding, decoding and their synchronization standard. So far have been developed and are developing a lot of MPEG standards, including Mpeg-1, Mpeg-2, Mpeg-4, and Mpeg-7.
