Description: The user inputs the bank names associated with their waiting times in the format shown in this eg:

Standard Chartered | 3 4 5 6 7 8 2.3 2.3 4.5 |
the user can input max 20 banks and then the program will calculate the mean time, standard deviation for each bank.
then the program will find the minimum waiting time, the maximum waiting time
then the user will choose the optimal bank and the program will calculate the money investe in that bank
