Description: This is an application to capture live video from the video capture device and USB to connect the network camera in the same application. In the development of my project, I need to capture from various video devices, including TV. Although I found some source for capturing video, it is not efficient. So, this prompted me to develop their own stand-alone applications. Initially, LiveVideo detect the availability of video capture cards and network camera is attached or not.
