Description: XC866 8-bit microcontroller is a high-performance XC800 series of products, based on and compatible with standard 8051 processor XC800 core. XC866 highly integrated chip devices, such as on-chip oscillator or embedded voltage regulator (3.3V or 5.0V to be a single power supply), so have a number of enhancements to meet new applications. In addition, the embedded flash memory (Flash) devices for the system development and mass production provides a great deal of flexibility compatible ROM devices to provide high-volume production cost of space.
