Description: Optimization of the algorithm by the transformation, color component weighted, CSF filtering of three parts. The results show that in the very large compression ratio range, the objective of the algorithm are better than the quality and subjective quality JPEG2000 detrimental transform algorithm and JPEG2000 lossless compression algorithm.
