Description: LZARI algorithm based on the type of data compression. Haruhiko Okumura in 1989 July 4 daily c language algorithm to achieve this. I rewrite it into a c++ category, so that it can facilitate the compression and decompression and, more importantly, I added two new interface, this class can be compression/decompression section of the memory buffer, not just documents.
