Description: : This design uses a chip as a digital voltage meter ICL7107 the A/D conversion and latches and decoding module, making the circuit has a simple design, integration and high reliability characteristics. The system is designed to automatically switch range features, be able to achieve 0 ~ 199mV ,0-1 .99 V, 0 ~ 19.99V, 0 ~ 199.9V, 0 ~ 1999V, a total of five voltage range measurements. Resulted in the system circuit board, conducted a test, get a good test results.
