Description: In order to achieve three-grating monochromator control automation, improve the scanning speed, using C++ Buiider 6.0 Design of a new control software system. The article elaborated on grating monochromator process control system design, development language environment and software functions. Newly designed user-friendly software system, easy to operate, compared with previous manual measurements, simplifies the control functions, increased automation of spectral scanning and scanning speed, making its work more reliable and achieved good economic benefits.
