Description: Warning information on the integrity of the original storage and pretreatment of the local telephone network NMS fault management of core functions. This paper presents a finite state machine based on the alarm information pretreatment model, and apply the model to detect the warning message in time and space to carry out the relevant treatment. Engineering applications show that the model of fault identification, diagnosis and positioning to provide a strong support.
