Usage:
(1) run the database script CNC. SQL in the oracle database.
(2) direct import of projects using eclipse (or other development tools).
(3) change the database connection address in the spring configuration file applicationcontext.xml to your own address.
(4) deploy to the tomcat server to run (jdk1.5 and above).
