-The program can be used for two people in the LAN/Intranet (or Internet) to conduct video conferencing. There are many video conferencing program, each have their own performance technology. The main issue is video conferencing video frame size is too big for the transmission. Therefore, the performance depends on the codec frames. I use Quick H263 encoding library to achieve better compression ratio to improve speed. The program can also do small changes in Internet use.
