Description: vc6写的一个摄像头抓图的控件。包里面有网页测试此控件的页面。使用VFW编写，功能有预览，暂停预览，抓图，图片旋转，图片格式转换（bmp转为jpg，用的是gdi+，其实vfw应该自带直接保存JPG格式的，上次在某个资料看到过，但是这个控件因为需求的问题，换成了DirectShow重写，这份代码就用不到，也就没有去修改了。接口说明在demo文件夹中-The vc6 write a camera shot of the controls.
