Description: 用Java编写的天气预报软件，可以显示所在地未来5天的温度和天气状况以及当天的生活小提示。
首次运行会产生一个 city.txt 的UTF编码文件纪录城市信息。软件无需安装。可以在任何支持jre 1.6 以上的环境中运行。
运行办法：安装JRE后直接双击 QierWeather.jar
或者 双击 "启儿天气"的快捷方式
提示： 指住QierWeather.jar右键，然后选择打开方式，然后选择用JRE目录下的javaw打开，以后就可以双击运行了。
