Description: 多媒体播放器是采用VB6.0进行编程和开发的。VB6.0是Windows下的应用程序开发工具，可以处理文本，图象，动画，声音等多媒体资料。VB6.0是采用事件驱动编写机制的语言。程序员只要编写响应用户动作的程序，而不必考虑按精确次序执行的每个步骤。当事件由用户出发，或由系统出发，对象就会对该事件响应。本播放器可以播放MP3，CD，VCD，FLASH，及其他多媒体文件，由于普通的播放器具有播放MP3，CD，VCD等多媒体文件的功能所以本设计中业包含了这些模块，力求将播放器功能全面的体现出来。
