ter and not enter congestion avoidance too early. We imp rove the throughput of TCP. We use NS2 to simulate the
environment of satellite and internet network, and the results are compared. In simulation, about 10 through2
put in our algorithm is imp roved than TCP2SACK, and that is about 30 imp roved than TCP2Reno.
