（2）LCD 连接到 DSP 板的外部扩展接口 CON9，CON9接口的数据线直接挂在系统数据线上
（3）注意：EDM240128（T6963C）为5V电压，其输出数据是5V，和 DSP 引脚电压不兼容
（4）为避免电压不兼容问题，本程序不对 LCD 模块读状态和读数据，用延时代替状态查询
（5）由于 LCD 模块响应速度较低，系统初始化时设置IO口访问插入一个等待状态-failed to translate
