CNGP协议封装在com.huawei.insa2.comm.cngp.message包中，主要消息如下
（1）CNGPActiveTestMessage 心跳消息
（2）CNGPActiveTestRespMessage 心跳响应消息
（3）CNGPLoginMessage 请求登录消息，是SMProxy向SMGW发送的请求登录消息。
（4）CNGPLoginRespMessage 请求登录应答消息,是SMProxy向SMGW发送的登录请求后收到的响应消息。
（5）CNGPDeliverMessage SMGW下发短信，是SMGW下发给SMProxy的短消息或者状态报告消息。
