With stirred tank reactor have some very important process parameters, such as: reaction pressure, reaction temperature, cooling flow valve and so on. For the control of these parameters is essential that they not only determine the product quality and production efficiency, but also to a large extent determines the safety of the production process. Non-linear and as a result of many factors such as temperature lag, the conventional method of autoclave reactor control is not very satisfactory results. Of this article with a stirred tank reactor as the process of industrial production plant, combined with fuzzy PID control, variable ratio control, cascade control, feedforward control and other control methods, design a set of automation based on Siemens PCS7 control system .
