Description: WinPing_src构建对话框程序，创建协议类型为IPPROTO_ICMP的原始套接字，设置
其属性，创建并初始化ICMP包，向远程主机发送ICMP请求，并接受ICMP响应。
RemoteAdmin_demo远程进程和机器控制程序能够触发、监视、终止远程计算机上的
进程，还能够远程关闭或重启机器。
PowerOn获取要唤醒机器的MAC地址，然后唤醒电脑。
rawudp原始UDP封包发送程序，发送原始UDP封包时，首先要以IPPROTO_UDP
为协议类型创建一个原始套接字，启用原始套接字的IP_HDRINCL选项，构建UDP封
包，初始化完整的UDP封包后，再把它发送出去。
tcpscan为TCP端口扫描程序，它使用了一个自己编写的套接字类，（不是MFC的
CSocket类，还使用了基于CPropertySheet/CPropertyPage类的一个小框架。本例
包含了测试连接的模块（Connect页），允许处理本地服务数据库（Services页）。
