Description: RTX带附件的消息提醒网页
使用方法：
①使用时将这个文件放置在RTX服务器..\RTXSserver\WebRoot\目录下，②然后修改..\RTXSserver目录下的SDKProperty.xml文件，在[IP][/IP]中加入你允许发起提醒消息这个操作的PC的IP地址。如果有多台都允许发提醒消息就加入多个如：[IP]192.168.1.98[/IP][IP]192.168.1.100[/IP]，也可以直接把[IPLimit Enabled="1"] 改为[IPLimit Enabled="0"]但是这样做的话任何IP都可以调用SDK了，不是很虽然方便些但是不是很保险，推荐以直接填写IP的方式。③直接通过IP或者域名访问/如果：http://192.168.1.90:8012/tx.htm就可以了.-RTX SendNotify web Plug-in
