Ces relations sont représentées par des ensembles flous de l’espace 3D et sont intégrées dans le modèle déformable sous la forme d’une nouvelle force. Trois méthodes de construction d’une force externe à partir d’un ensemble flou représentant une relation spatiale sont introduites. Cette méthodologie est appliquée à la segmentation de structures cérébrales internes sur des Images par Résonance Magnétique (IRM). Les paramètres liés aux relations spatiales sont estimés lors d’une phase d’apprentissage. Les résultats obtenus montrent que l’utilisation des relations spatiales améliore significativement la segmentation des structures mal contrastées.
