在服务器端设计两个单独的界面：
chatservDlg.cpp：1.监听、绑定、接收客户端套接字；
2.发送新上线用户数据（包括新用户的IP、端口号、在线状况）给原在线用户；
3.新上线用户写入服务器
4.发送用户列表给新上线用户
chatserv.cpp：服务器主运行程序-basic source to implement the software of p2p chat.
