Description: 完整的MP3播放程序，含全部的源码：
1）MP3播放程序。
2）MP3播放实时的频谱显示（仿Media Player）
3）ID3Tag支持，可以显示作者名、歌曲名....
说明：当前程序是我在很短时间写的，而且仅仅是为了验证基本算法，所以还有不少BUG：
1）程序停止一个播放的MP3时会产生异常，因此在播放另一个MP3时会出现系统错误；
2）功能还不尽完成，包括按钮都没有完成；
所以，我开发了所有源码，希望对真正需要的朋友有帮助；

究出更好的软件,而不是只装了解码器就打包成自己的软件.-err
