The p ackages i nclude Core, Topology, Wires, M eas, etc. Meanwhile, the spatial d ata exchange model of distribution network is discussed. Relational technologies are applied to implement the spatial of distribution network GIS, and generalization, aggregation and association relationships are converted to the reference relations between tables. The proposed storage method of data model can prevent the relationships of total model falling on the leaf nodes, and then reduce the relation’s complexity among objects. Using object-oriented technology, the classes of GIS data model are extended by adding maintenance operations and the necessary attributes.
