处理。TDSCNReceiver也是一个继承TVideoWindow的控件，它负责把接收到经TDSCNSender
压缩及分包的视频数据再组包及解码，并把视频送TVideoWindow显示。
先在Delphi7中安装DsPack2.34，然后再在Delphi中打开DSCN_D7.dpr安装DSCN，并在
Delphi环境中添加库路径指向DSCN所在的文件目录。-
