Description: 本版本由sky的1.0修改而成，本来只是用来学习SPCOMM控件的，想不到经过一个晚上的努力，程序已经近于完善了。就将我的成果共享出来吧。由于改用COMPORT控件为SPCOMM控件，整个代码已经经过大规模的改动，去除了Email等与程序应用不太相关的部分，改进了绝大部分算法，添加原未完成的功能 ，程序依然是参照龚建伟VC版《串口调试助手V2.2》来编写的。我相信，现在的程序不比龚建伟VC版《串口调试助手V2.2》差，毕竟串口调试助手V2.2不能显示中文字符（或许只有我遇到这个问题）。把它作为我串口调试的工具，这也是我能够坚持下去的原因之一。
在《串口调试助手V2.2》上增加的特性：
1、自定义波特率。波特率列表上选择 Custom ,列表框将由只读变为可写，直接输入你想要的波特率；当再选择其他内定的波特率时，列表框会恢复为只读的状态。
2、发送快捷键（ ALT ＋ S ） ，方便数据的发送。
注：1、自动清空的行数我定为 50
其中用到串口控件为SPCOMM，该控件为开源软件，各大网站均有下载。
使用平台： WIN9X/NT/2000/XP 。
