自己在网上找了很久，也没找，好不容易弄出来了，把过程发到网上，希望对大家有所帮助。
先点击file->new->package-delphi
在右侧找到CONTAINS选项
右击出现菜单，选择ADD
在出现的对话框中找到SPCOMM.PAS文件，选中并打开
点击打开后，出现如图所示画面，（由于每个人存放SPCOMM.PAS文件的路径不同，出现的画面也有所不同），在PACKAGE1.BPL上右击
出现快捷菜单
在INSTALL上单击。出现下面画面，这时什么也不要做
很快编辑完成，出现如下图：
点击两次OK完成安装。
以后在用的时候就会在SYSTEM的面板中找到它，就和使用其它元件一样使用它了。
