DebugInChipSRAM:该目录在工程里对应target（DebugInChipSRAM)，用来在内部SRAM调试
DebugInExram: 该目录在工程里对应target（DebugInExram),用来在外部SRAM调试
Ext_Flash_bin:该目录在工程里对应target（Ext_Flash_bin),在该目录下生成可以烧写到外部Flash运行的代码。
