Description: 自己写的DELPHI版的VideoCapture模块，通过COM封装提供静态图像捕获功能（bmp,jpg），可以多贞组合为GIF89a格式（需要TGIFIMAGE组件，这里没提供）。可以在HTML页面中使用，并且可以和ASP上传页面配合直接上传，不需临时文件，具体见文档，自己看看代码也行。编译完成的OCX文件没有申请证书，用在网页里下载时会提示。捕获模块可以方便的调用，直接作为视频压缩、传输的前端模块。
