Description: 本程序在serialport的基础上修改.
１. 加强了串口发送纠错能力，为串口拔插后的再连接提供了可能．
２．提高了串口接收的效能，由以前的查询方式接收改为由事件驱动
接收，在没接收数据时不占用CPU时间．
３．修改了１６进制发送时只能发送大写的A--F,改后大小写a--f都
能发送.
４．修改了１６进制发送时不能输入空格的毛病．
５．修改了接收大文件时，程序反应迟钝的毛病．
