芯片：AT89C51
电路：51单片机外接8个Led，4个功能选择键，2个速度控制键
功能：4个功能选择键可以选择Led的四种显示效果（闪烁、移动、摆动、计数），2个速度控制键可以改变显示动画的速度（时间间隔100ms-1s调整）
特点：按键可随时按下，显示效果立即更新
