当该按键按下时，A通道显示红灯5s后转为显示绿灯
B通道显示黄灯5s后转为显示红灯
然后按照正常情况下A通道显示绿灯程序执行。
3）设置一个紧急按键，当此键按下时，两通道均显示黄灯5s后显示红灯20s，等紧急车辆通过后，恢复到正常情况下A通道显示30s绿灯状态。
（2）提高要求：
通过键盘设置每组红灯、黄灯时间。
通过RS-232接口实现各种参数设置。
