针对低可见光图像和红外图像的特点,提出一种基于DT-CWT的自适应图像融合算法.该算法具有好的平移不变性和方向选择性,更适合于人类视觉.先对源图像作双树复小波变换,充分考虑各尺度分解层的系数特征,对 低通子带引入免疫克隆选择,根据统计评价准则定义亲和度函数,自适应获得最优融合权值 对高通子带则根据人类视觉特性定义局部方向对比度,并作为融合准则,突出和增强了各源图像的对比度与细节信息.实验结果表明: 与基于小波的融合结果相比较,本文的融合算法自适应性和鲁棒性更强,较好地保护和显示了源图像中的边缘和细节信息,对比度和清晰度都有所提高. -Aiming at the characteristics of low visible light images and infrared images, a novel adaptive image fusion scheme based on DT-CWTwas presented. The technique has good shift-invariance and directional selectivity, and ismore suitable for human vision. The DT-CWTwas firstly used to perform amultiresolution decomposition of source images. By taking advantage of the characters of the coefficients, the immune clonal selection algorithm was introduced in low-pass sub- bands and almost optimal fused weightswere obtained adaptively. To high-pass subbands, the local directive contrastwas defined, whichwas based on human visual system. And then the contrastof fused imageswas enhanced and the detail in- formation of source imageswas protected. The experimental results show thatour fused technique is effective and the fusedimages have a better visual quality than theirwavelet counterparts.

复杂杂波背景下,海面红外图像中舰船目标检测的关键是如何降低虚警、检测出真正的 目标。为了实现这个目标,首先利用Haar小波函数进行小波变换,对图像进行预处理;然后进行恒 虚警检测(CFAR);第三步采用行程法对检测的目标进行标记;最后采用管道滤波法剔出虚假目标, 检测出真正的目标。经仿真实验证明,此方法能有效地降低虚警,在复杂杂波背景中检测出目标。 -The key of ship detection in sea infrared image with complex clutter background is how to reduce false alarms and detect true targets.In order to achieve this aim,a novel algorithm is proposed. First,Haar wavelet transform technology is used as preprocessing,then constant false alarm rate(CFAR) detetion,then run-length label to mark objects detected by the above step,finally pipeline filter to reduce false alarms and detect true targets.Experiment results indicate that this method can effectively reduce false alarms and detect true targets in complicated sea background.

通过分析天空背景下红外运动小目标、噪音以及背景的特征,提出一种检测方法。首先利用向量小波变换对运动图像进行预处理;其次采用图像差分进行目标的粗检测,提取出候选目标;最后可根据运动目标和噪音的特征对候选目标进行识别,检测出真实的运动小目标。实验证明,该方法可有效检测天空背景下红外运动小目标。-According to small moving infrared target detection in the sky background,a detection algorithm is presented through the characteristics of small moving infrared target,noise and background in infrared images are analyzed. Firstly,by utilizing the excellent quality of multi—wavelet,the infrared images is preprocessed with the proper pre—filter. Secondly, the coarse detection is performed based on differentiating tow neighboring frames in image sequence tO extract candidate targets. Finally, the candidate targets are recognized by the characteristics of moving target and noise in order tO detect real small moving infrared target based on.The effectiveness of the algorithm is proved by the experimental results for several real infrared image sequences.
