The system includes two parts: monitoring gateway and intelligent terminal. The monitoring gateway is composed by the Zigbee module、S3C44B0X ARM MCU system and GSM/GPRS module；the intelligent terminal is composed by the Zigbee module、Image Processing module and Alarm sensor module. When a warning signal is occurring, men can receive the scene picture in real-time through the short messages sent from mobile phone, users can also receive the scene picture in real-time by the developed system.
