[SNMP] Snmp-Agent DL : 0: 解压缩这四个工具包，使得cPyrt、blides、msvc和smnp++这四个目录同时位于某个目录之下。用Msve++7.0打开msve中的dynmaieLIB工程文件并进行erlease模式的编译，编译成功后，我们会在目录msvc/dynmaci/release里面得到一个DLL 文件:smnp-pp.dll以及三个LIB相关文件:snLrnp-ppE(PxortsLibr娜File)、 libdes(objeetFileLibr田甲)和s钊ntP-pp(objectFileLibrai下)。-Extract the four tool kits, making cPyrt, blides, msvc and smnp++ These four directories under a directory located at the same time. [SNMP] snmp_pp.lib DL : 0: snmp静态库以及头文件（建议SNMP工程包含全部的静态库，头文件只用包含snmp_pp.h）。snmp_pp.h，snmp_pp.cpp和snmp_pp文件夹放置在VS的include目录下，静态库放置在VS的lib目录下。-snmp static libraries and header files (recommended SNMP project includes all the static libraries, header files only contain snmp_pp.h). snmp_pp.h, snmp_pp.cpp and snmp_pp folders placed in the VS' s include directory, static libraries placed in the VS' s lib directory.
