[ICQ-IM-Chat] webQQ DL : 0: 本程序是for NowBoard 1.*版本，本身不带数据库，设置数据库路径就可以了，是做为一个论坛插件发布的，Server目录为服务器端请修改web.config文件里相应的数据库连接路径，并建一目录放在论坛目录下，并把Bin下的.dll文件放置到论坛的bin目录.
