[Communication] 5_p2pFile DL : 0: 类似ＱＱ文件传输的模块、组件，是ActiveX 控件由Vc++工发，提供CSharp、VB示例代码。类似ＱＱ文件传输的模块，支持２个用户互发文件，支持公网与内网传输自动识别内外网，若同一内网，速度可达数兆每秒除非人为封堵，否则可以穿越 100 防火墙使用P2P方式传输，80 数据不通过服务器，极大减轻服务器压力。在公网中速度一般在5KB至200KB之间，与网络速度有关传输文件大小小于2G 支持断点续传同时支持ＵＤＰ和ＴＣＰ传输，可自动智能选择ＵＤＰ或者ＴＣＰ传输方式。 UDP传输使用了网络适应算法，使速度最佳支持自定义界面-P2P File Transfer ActiveX component, send file to peer, UDP and TCP surport, fast speed and easy use ActiveX componet.
