With the development of CPU technology, more transistors and higher main frequency have caused the CPU power surge. Intel, in order to deal with the Prescott core, has started to increase heat dissipation from various aspects, such as the 38th degree case, such as BTX, such as the mainstream application of 9CM fans, but also caused the disturbance of noise and dust. In this paper, the design of the machine box temperature monitoring system based on the single-chip microcontroller is introduced, which can be used to adjust the speed of the fan according to different CPU temperature. This paper describes the communication between single chip microcomputer and digital temperature sensor, 1602 general liquid crystal, temperature acquisition and processing, basic principle of PWM modulation, IGBT application and so on. The soft, hardware structure and working principle of the system are analyzed. It can be extended to the cooling system, resistance furnace temperature control system and so on.
