The purpose of this application note is to describe how to configure and use the on-chip temperature sensor. This article provides configuration instructions and sample code. Temperature sensors and devices to produce a voltage proportional to the substrate temperature, the voltage as a single-ended input to the ADC (ADC) multiplexers. When you select the temperature sensor as an input of the ADC and the ADC starts a conversion, you can through simple math ADC converts the output into a temperature expressed in degrees.
