it just a very litle code. Use for know the pure of public IP. this code just use winsock Local IP. Yea, you can track your ip just use service like ipchicken.com or whatismyip.com or other free ip check online service. But, i use ISP that use their server as permanent proxy, so i get same ip with other people in sama ISP if i check it in that service.
