Using self-organizing map algorithm (SOM) designed codebook, the global optimum, while using a combination code word and image blocks delineation dynamic optimization algorithm, and ultimately the codebook performance than the LBG algorithm has greatly improved. This is the USTC video technology final project, with the final version of the report and the presention.
