STM32F103VET6 the the IWDG use routine, if the left button is pressed, you feed the dog, Left-stop, the watchdog has not generate a reset, to keep the red light lit, once more than the watchdog timer overflow time(Tout) not, it will cause the program to restart, which will cause the red light is off once
