Abstract: In recent years Kaoyan situation showing a fierce competitive situation, the large annual number of post-graduate education, and last year the number of admission. The same way as investment in human resources employment have a significant impact on the number of post-graduate education. Cointegration analysis and the use of a linear function of the econometric model, through empirical study, draw the number of post-graduate education and on the number of admission, and then cointegration relationship between employment and in accordance with the conclusions the corresponding recommendations.
