Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP: Simple Network Management Protocol) is the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF: Internet Engineering Task Force) defines a set of network protocols. Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) is an application layer protocol, to facilitate the exchange of management information between network devices. It is the TCP/IP protocols as part of the cluster is a standard for managing IP network node protocol. Network administrators use SNMP to monitor network performance, detection of errors, configure the network devices, identify and solve network problems, and plan for network growth. This paper describes the SNMP/MIB related to basic knowledge and principles of data collection and information base for a single MIB objects and tables for analysis, using java programming the data acquisition.
