注1:生成的缩略图文件名格式[s图片名]
注2:如果图片打开失败，将复制原图片文件为缩略图。
注3:可以GET或POST方式传送所有参数。
注4:如果原图宽和高都小于设置值，将复制原图片文件为缩略图。
注5:图片名和图片类型和图片路径，其中有一个为空，系统将不做任何处理。
