程序中使用了两个图片框，Picture1 用来当画板，显示漂浮的气球。Picture2 是临时图片框，用来进行后台绘图，程序运行后，此图片框就被隐藏起来了。
为了实现立体气球图像，本程序通过调用自定义的 DrawBall 过程，先将立体气球图像画出来，存入变量中。在需要的时候，再调用API函数 GdiTransparentBlt 将图像绘制在指定的地方。用 GdiTransparentBlt 绘图的优点在于，可以指定透明色，绘图时，只绘制气球图像，忽略气球四周的背景色，避免了正方形图像的四个角遮住画板上的其他需要看到的区域
