Description: 首先,概述了太阳能光伏发电系统的组成,介绍了目前我国太阳能光伏发电技术的应用,并根据不同场合的需要,对太阳能光伏发电系统进行了分类。其次,分析了太阳能电池板的工作原理,利用州哄JLAB仿真软件对不同环境及 不同日照强度下的太阳能电池输出特性进行了建模!仿真结果证明了太阳能电池的非线性。再次,通过比较三种常用的DC/DC变换器的工作原理,提出利用BOOST型DqDC变换器实现转换,对参数进行分析后建立了BOOST型DC/DC变换器的仿真模型。最后,分析了最大功率点跟踪原理,比较了几种常用的最大功率点跟踪方法, 并在此基础上提出了一种新的扰动观察法,仿真结果表明了此方法的可行性。 -First, an overview of the composition of the solar photovoltaic power generation system, introduced the application of solar photovoltaic technology at present, and according to the needs of different occasions, for the solar photovoltaic system are classified.
