此软件是随机抽奖程序，可以实现随机抽取数据库中记录的功能，并且大屏幕上会显示滚动的数据和抽奖的结果。此系统奖项分为一等奖，二等奖，三等奖和幸运奖。可以实现基本设置和数据管理等功能。其中基本设置可以设置系统的栏目名称，主标题，副标题，各等级获奖人数等功能。数据管理可以添加、修改、删除、全部删除、导入数据。
